NATIONAL FRANCHISE SOFTWARE DESIGNED FOR REAL PEOPLE
Our experience has shown that software normally falls into one of two camps; technically proficient or visually pleasing and easy to use. Normally never the twain shall meet. This is where the synergy of RPA Design and RPA Code has its greatest value. Our designers have an understanding of coding and our coders understand the pixel-level accuracy of effective design. This way we develop projects that are technically perfect and visually faithful to the vision of the designer. We are constantly reviewing user experiences and so have a wealth of knowledge on interaction across a wide user-ability base.

This rare combination of skills is what brought about NEMO office management software to run the national network of Water Babies franchises.
Each franchise has to carry out numerous administrative tasks in support of the main business function, teaching babies to swim. These tasks involve a team of people spending huge amounts of costly administrative time. Re-booking clients onto a course alone would take the team a couple of weeks to do; contacting clients, taking payments, punching numbers into merchant card machines, printing off multiple receipts etc. NEMO now allows the franchise to perform this task with much greater efficiency. Upon client acknowledgement to re-book, at the click of a button a batch process occurs, transfering hundreds and sometimes thousands of transactions directly into each franchise's merchant account. This is one small example of how this system has saved the franchise vast amounts of time and expense.

You can't buy bespoke software in a box. NEMO does exactly what's needed of it; no more, no less and it is this refinement and perceived simplicity that makes it a success at user-level. It is a testament to the client's understanding of business and processes that they had the foresight to see that whilst the initial development cost of such software is greater than software in a box, its custom scalability and development potential gives the product a value to the business that far outweighs this initial cost.
