CSR.
More than just an impossible-to-remember phrase.
Beneath our ruthlessly efficient exterior lurks a finely tuned conscience. Our corporate social responsibility policy covers our people, our environment and our community.
We use only FSC-certified paper. And FSC/PEFC-certified printers using vegetable-based inks. We recycle all paper and printer consumables. And, wherever possible, we use digital promotional methods.
Although friendly, sociable creatures, we keep travel to a minimum. And save energy by turning off equipment when not in use. (Given that we pay our own electricity bill, this isn’t an entirely altruistic policy.)
OK, those are our tree-hugging credentials. Now for staff-hugging. Everyone at RPA really puts their backs into their work; so it seems only fair that we safeguard those very same backs by giving everyone the latest electrical height-adjustable desks.
They’re great for posture and for preventing RSI. They can be used when we’re standing or sitting, as the mood takes us.
We also encourage our staff to develop their abilities and find additional fulfilment by going to training courses and seminars.
Our local community is important to us, too. Which is why we use local suppliers and offer work placements for nearby colleges, universities and schools. We also sponsor local youth sports teams.
As yet, there are no plans for a 80,000-seater RPA stadium.
